She grew up in a city of Lethbridge with little to no musical presence within the city but that did not stop her from exploring her talent in the musical industry. Over the years, she has developed her own musical identity, focusing on Electronic music and she has been consistently inspired to create. With the guidance of other local and international musicians, Tenille Jocelyn is among the unheard talent in Lethbridge.
In 2012, she released Eclectic, her debut studio album that features strong lyrics and solid melodies that are pleasing to ears. I loved it!
It was a gloomy Sunday morning when we had to drive to her house just outside of the city to meet up with her. We were greeted by 2 lovely dogs and some of the crew did not want to step out of the minivan that we were in. Tenille came out and helped us get comfortable in her house, a beautiful country side home that had us gazing at the scenery rather than get to what we were there for. Eventually, we got down to business and I had a good conversation with her. She shared some information on her journey as a musician including how she arrived at being an Electronic Musician.
